We are on a mission to care for your health.
We came from humble beginnings
Aide Chemists was founded in 2014 as Orda Chemists, after the acquisition of a struggling retail pharmacy by David Addo and Abigail Abora in 2012. The successful turnaround of this first pharmacy inspired the founders to acquire two more outlets, laying the foundation for the growth of the pharmacy chain.
In 2015, the company underwent a brand evaluation and reevaluated its purpose, leading to a name change to Aide Chemists. This new name reflects the company's commitment to providing service and care to humanity since its inception. Over the years, Aide Chemists has expanded rapidly and now operates in multiple regions of Ghana, with a goal of bringing affordable, quality healthcare to vulnerable communities across Africa.
To be the first choice pharmacy across Africa known for the delivery of quality and affordable healthcare.
We strive to be the premier destination for individuals seeking quality healthcare solutions. As the first point of contact for many seeking primary care, we aim to be the pharmacy of choice for those in less privileged areas of Africa.
In order to achieve this vision, we have made it our mission to expand our reach through the opening of additional outlets, utilize innovative technology to connect healthcare professionals with patients, and offer affordable, accessible services to the community.
To provide accessible pharmaceutical care to communities across Africa which seeks to enhance life and promote healthy society
We understand the importance of providing reliable and accessible primary healthcare to communities. We believe that every individual has the right to receive quality treatment and support when they need it most, especially in vulnerable areas where access to healthcare may be limited.
To address these challenges, we have made it our mission to bring healthcare professionals and resources directly to these communities through our network of pharmacies. By using telemedicine services, deploying patient apps, and providing high-quality medications, we are working to make primary care more accessible and improve the health of our communities.
