2. Telehealth Services: Establish a secure telehealth platform to enable remote consultations with healthcare professionals, providing convenient access for customers. To facilitate telepharmacy in operations at basic level.
3. Mobile Application Development: Develop a user-friendly mobile app for prescription management, medication reminders, appointment scheduling, and communication with healthcare professionals.
4. Personalized Medication Management: Offer medication adherence solutions, synchronization services, and personalized medication profiles to optimize treatment outcomes and simplify medication management.
5. Health Monitoring: Facilitate the use of health monitoring app features in mobile applications to track vital signs, fitness levels, and chronic conditions, integrating data with the pharmacy's digital platforms.

TELEPHARMACY
We have launched a pilot telepharmacy service that aims to explore and navigate the field of telehealth. Our main focus is on making it more convenient for individuals in Ghana to connect with a pharmacist using the WhatsApp messaging application. We chose WhatsApp as our pilot communication interface due to its widespread use and end-to-end encryption features, which prioritize privacy and security.
Through the Chat-A-Pharmacist service, our clients will have the opportunity to interact with a registered pharmacist, regardless of their location in Ghana. This service allows clients to directly order medicines from the pharmacist and have them delivered for a fee. Additionally, clients can schedule virtual or in-person meetings with a pharmacist at the pharmacy, receive counseling on medication usage, seek advice on health issues, and request prescription refills.
We are also planning to integrate this telepharmacy service into Momentum. More details regarding this integration will be announced later. We prioritize privacy and security as key considerations in this service, and we assure our clients that we will uphold these conditions throughout our interactions with them.

To deepen our frontiers further in democratizing access to quality, essential and affordable medicines, we have released our patient & e-commerce app with necessary features to provide healthcare access and convenience required of a modern Pharmacy Chain with an impact focus.
The app is embedded with ML/AI tools that provides analytical reports that are vital in personalization of the treatment of diseases of common occurrence in our communities. The use of the app is expected to be another layer for our existing registered Aide Merit Loyalty clients to engage with us effectively and at their convenience.
